Many firms motivate knowledge workers to share their essential knowledge through incentive systems such as performance measurement and compensation. Until now, however, many researches have mentioned only the necessity of motivation to share knowledge.
Therefore, we tried to find a compensation system to promote real knowledge sharing in organization by considering utility function knowledge workers may have and their strategic behavior in knowledge sharing process.
