In this thesis we consider mesh generations for solving boundary value problems on the two dimensional Riemannian manifolds. The problems are solved over the domain which is the projection of a domain on the two-dimensional Riemannian manifold M onto $R^2$. We introduce two methods for triangulations of a domain on $R^2$ and compare them through an example.
일반적으로 2차원 리이만 다양체위에서의 경계값 문제는 $R^2$상의 문제로 바뀌어서 해결한다. 이 때 $R^2$의 영역을 정삼각형으로 나누는 것이 좋다고 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양체위에서 정삼각형으로 나누어 문제를 해결하는 것이 더 효과적임을 보이고 예제를 통해 기존의 방법으로 푼 것과 비교하여 위 사실을 확인한다.
