Java is a programming language which can be downloaded over network and be executed in World Wide Web browser on any computer system. In this thesis we implement numerical algorithms in Java to find an approximate solution of Partial Differential Equation using FInite Element Method. To solve a Laplace Equation with nonhomogeneous boundary condition we interpolate 8 boundary conditions at each edge of given domain and each midpoint of the edges which was given by users through GUI. After solving the problem, using the Graphics capability of Java we can confirm the approximate solution of the problem over the web and be aware of the power of Java, internet language.
