Among the corporate risk analysis which can be called upon in corporate credit rating system for development, importance is nonfinance analysis.
Since the finance analysis suffers from a certain weakness in its ability to rate corporate composed of both finance and nonfinance. Without a nonfinance analysis, including effective nonfinance scale and intelligent system, no amount of finance information can ensure successful corporate credit risk rating under the influence of International Monetary Fund(IMF).
This paper proposes the combining finance factor and nonfinance factor analysis using Analysis Hierarchy Process, present the development of corporate credit rating system.
Fifteen corporate have tested for the verification of AHP Model by expert. The result is similar to rating of investigation in B bank.
