This thesis describes a new charge pumping method which can be adapted low power transmission and conversion. Above all adding an inductor to pumping circuit made additional resonation and improved the power conversion efficiency, the robustness of parasitic capacitance and the output DC voltage up to 10%. New charge pumping method spends less chip area and can be fabricated of CMOS technology. The circuit was measured by 2 different ways. First, the low frequency test was executed by a 0.8㎛ nMOSFET chip, wire bonded similarly to the MOSFET diode connections, which was used for pumping diodes. Second, at 2.4GHz bands, SIEMENS's schottky diodes were used for pumping diodes. And then I recommended more efficient method for designing of power converter at 2.4GHz bands using nMOSFET and described simulation results.
