Grating is fabricated with dry etching and measure the effect of damage from etching. Etching depth of grating is controlled as processing time. To perform it, the etching parameter such as gas mixing ratio, RF power, pressure, time is determined. To make grating pattern, holography system is used. From IdV/dI-I characteristic, effect of dry etching damage is measured.
