The Green functions of Eilenberger equation were calculated on the SMS junction. The three Green functions in S, M and S region are fixed by boundary condition. The critical current density can be calculated by the Green function and be obtained some relations between critical current density and other parameters. In the experiment $Au_{1-x}Cr_x$ (x=0.1) was deposited on the $YBa_2Cu_3O_7/SrTiO_3(30^*)$. The YBCO was grown with $30^*$ tilted angle with respect to the surface normal of STO substrate hence the YBCO[001] was aligned with STO[001]. In this way the YBCO ab plane is exposed to the normal metal. By virtue of this condition the proximity effect can be observed well. The magnetic moment was measured on the bulk of $Au_{1-x}Cr_x$(x=0.1). The apparent difference of magnetic susceptibility between FC and ZFC below freezing temperature was observed. We tried to measure the difference of critical temperature in FC and ZFC.
