This paper reports on ERP System implementation strategy. It is separated two category. The one is adapting scope side of enterprise orgarnazation, and the other is special business scope of total business of the enterprise. So, there are 4 dimensions in the strategy of ERP package implementation. The first is for a part of company and totally business area. The Second is for whole company and tatal business area. The third is for a part of compay and sub business area. The last forth is for whole company and sub business area. The basis of seperating the 4 type is the ability of information technology management and a level of culture of the company. In view of information resource management, the Serial Approach are historically recommended by many people. The why is high risky and high cost in short time and unlikeness of organization, etc.. In spite of many limit points, I found out interest logic in this study, the methodology is very valuable.
