The Main Objectives of this Thesis are as follows.
1) Measuring the project manager's reaction on R&D evaluation and determining its influencing factors.
2) Testing the relationship between personal characteristics(tolence for ambiguity, risk-taking propensity, self-efficacy, Turn-over intention) and the outcome of Project Evaluation.
3) Presenting the useful information related to rebuilding a R&D evaluation system of N institute.
This thesis is studied with data collected from Project managers in N institute. The important conclusions are as follows.
1) The setting of reasonable items of evaluation and the rater's expertise correlate with Evaluation satisfaction and evaluation system satisfaction and perceived utility of evaluation (hereinafter reffered to as " Evaluation Reaction ")
2) The ratee's opportunity to participate in evaluation process, the rater's help to solving ratee's problems(hereinafter reffered to as " Evaluation Process ") and the constructive use of evaluation correlate with evaluation reaction.
3) the evaluation process with moderating effects of Job tenure correlates partially with evaluation reaction.
4) the outcome of evaluation and the difference between the real outcome and projet manager's outcome itself.
5) personal characteristics uncorrelate with the outcome of evaluation
6) personal characteristics with moderating effects of the project scale correlate partially with the outcome of evaluation
