In recent days, there are many demands for the Digital Image Processing. In this thesis, Motion Estimation System that is used Image Compression has been designed. Especially this System has A Effective Design Scheme with A Optimized bits flow PE, A Unique Comparator. and Memory. Motion Estimation system have Four Important Block, PE Array, Memory ,Comparator, and Control Unit.
Specially, PE( Processing Element) Array Block, Memory Block, Control Block included new idea and was designed Effectively.
The Proposed Motion Estimation System save Totally 6% Transistors(Particularly, In PE Block 11% Transistors was saved). And In case of the new Comaparator will be applied, A System has parallel Comparating Unit saves 8% Transistor. These System will be have more performance in case of High Definition/Resolution Image Processing.
