The major objectives of this study are, firstly to propose the counter measures against problems in methods of current strategy management, secondly basic framework which systematically integrates fragmented theory and works involved in the strategy management.
Under assumption that the survival and growth of the company depends on the availability of competitive advantage, this study located the determinants of competitive advantage and provided new basic process of strategy management based on those determinants.
Through investigation of related literatures and analysis of cases of world- class companies, core competence management, business restructuring, business strategy planning, leadership of CEO and management of learning organization, and forecast of external environment were determined as six determinants of competitive advantage, which were developed into new basic process strategy management.
This study is, however, restricted within the strategic planning and suggested is also confined within basic concept of the process, basic contents about management methods of related work and its process.
