In Aerosol Science, standard particles which size distribution is known is needed for calibration of measurement systems and experimental setup. Standard particles must be monodisperse and generated by changing parameter values of Aerosol generator. Spinning Disk Aerosol Generator was designed and used to generate particles that have high number concentration. for generation uniform size particles using spinning disk aerosol generator, flow rate of liquid feed to center of spinning disk was controlled for particles to be generated at drop formation regime. The mixed liquid, Ethanol - Oleic Acid, was used to generate fine particles using evaporation of ethanol. Rotational speed of spinning disk and concentration of Oleic Acid in mixed liquid were changed, and generated particle size and geometric standard deviation of log-normal size distribution were investigated. Particle size is proportional to inverse of rotational speed of spinning disk and $C^{1/3}$, where C is concentration of Oleic Acid in mixture. Standard deviation of particle size distribution is decreased with increasing rotational speed of spinning disk and C. From these region which standard particles could be generated using spinning disk aerosol generator was selected.
