The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and its integration into daily life have brought forth challenges related to AI-related copyrights, necessitating research to address the limitations of existing laws and explore avenues for improvement. This study focuses on the ambiguity surrounding the authorship of AI creations and the scope of copyright applications for AI training data. In line with this, the research delineates issues within AI-related copyright laws, making a distinction between AI creations and AI training data. It then proposes respective solutions for each category, with the overarching goal of contributing to the enhancement of the legal framework.
인공지능 기술의 극대화와 실생활 도입으로 인해 인공지능 관련 저작권에 대한 문제가 대두되면서, 기존 법의 한계를 보완하고 개선을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 인공지능 창작물에 대한 저작자의 모호함과 인공지능 학습 데이터의 저작권 적용 범위에 대한 문제를 중점적으로 살펴보고자 하였으며, 이에 본 연구에서는 인공지능 관련 저작권법상의 문제를 인공지능 창작물과 인공지능 학습 데이터로 구분하여 각각의 저작권법상 문제 및 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.
