Multi-object tracking is becoming a significant area in robotics. Algorithms required by robots must take into account performance of embedded resources, and multi-object tracking algorithms are no exception. When multiple algorithms required by a robot are mounted on a low-performance embedded board, the processing time interval of the algorithm can be increased. This means that multi-object tracking algorithm has to operate at low frame rate. However, existing multi-object tracking algorithms have been developed around public datasets that have 10-30fps and may struggle to function at lower frame rate. In response, we introduce a new multi-object tracking algorithm called FocoTrack. This algorithm enhances tracking performance by categorizing situations into four distinct cases. To test the multi-object tracking technique at a low frame rate, we create our own 2.5fps dataset and compare performance of FocoTrack with existing algorithms. We also evaluate the performance on 20fps public dataset called DanceTrack to demonstrate the versatility of FocoTrack.
