To survive and prosper in a rapidly changing environment, a company needs to construct effective training systems, which every member of the company can take training courses according to his/her preference wherever and whenever he/she wants. Current research on virtual classroom is expected to provide new possibility for embodying such training systems.
This thesis aims at taking a triangular position for the concept of virtual classroom. In this paper, We analyze the actual state of current research on virtual classroom and explain a systematic reason why the best desirable form of virtual classroom should be a system based on the use of WWW. We also suggest a model designed to implement such training systems. A model suggested in this Thesis is considered to be a solution of unsolved questions for the progress control system of classwork and the evaluation system of the degree of achievement.
