For the last decade, social interaction has been continuously improved for the measurement of sociability and social preference of mice. Although it is one of the promising behavioral criteria for analyzing interaction, the parameters used merely included the factors such as chamber time and sniffing time. Due to their unique behavioral patterns which comprise of building blocks of specific poses, artificial intelligence and computer vision techniques were integrated to find out forthcoming parameters. Depending on quantification methods, their behavioral motifs show a wide spectrum from actions and movemes with unique sequences. In this thesis, we study various behavioral paradigm of mouse social interaction, including postures, motifs and sequences according to their genotypical characteristics, based on t-test, two-way ANOVA test and computational models that represent each genotypical behavioral patterns.
지난 10여 년간 쥐의 사교성과 사회적 선호와 같은 독특한 상호작용 행동을 정량하기 위한 실험 패러다임이 끊임없이 개선되어왔다. 지금까지 나온 전형적인 실험 도식에서 행동적 기준은 챔버에 머무르는 시간 길이와 냄새 맡는 시간과 같은 요소들이 있다. 하지만 쥐의 특이적 행동 패턴은 작은 부분들의 포즈들로 이루어져 있는데, AI와 컴퓨터비전과 같은 떠오르는 분야 도입을 통해 차기의 매개변수를 발견했다. 정량 방법에 따라서 행동적인 주제는 넓은 스펙트럼의 동작과 포즈가 보인다. 본 학위 논문에서는 쥐들의 행동 매개변수를 연구하고, t-test와 ANOVA와 같은 통계적 분석으로 유전적인 쥐 모델의 차이를 연구하였다.
