This study aims to propose the necessity and adoption of self-rated health as a pivotal measure in the healthcare industry focusing on health promotion. By establishing self-rated health as a subjective scale and setting it as a target value, we constructed a predictive model for self-rated health using various influential factors. The results of this study revealed that subjective health scores, namely self-rated health, are predominantly determined by satisfaction with the surrounding circumstances, self-efficacy, and exercise time, surpassing the significance of physical factors or disease-related indicators. Moreover, exercise habits exhibited notable importance compared to other factors, while respiratory and digestive system diseases exerted a substantial influence on health scores, outweighing the impact of the three major chronic conditions: hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia. Furthermore, a negative correlation was observed between higher educational attainment and lower self-rated health scores. These research findings aim to contribute to the design and enhancement of health promotion services.
