Real-world systems detect anomalies, such as failures, by finding anomalous patterns in multivariate time series system data collected during monitoring. Efficient anomaly detection requires information about the relation structure between data sources, such as sensors in a cyber physical system from which each time series of system data is collected, but this is generally difficult to know. To solve this problem, previous studies have tried to learn this relation structure from normal system data and represent it in the form of a graph. However, in this process, they only consider whether there is a relation between data sources, but not the type of relation. In this paper, we propose a graph structure learning that reflects the type of relations and an anomaly detection model based on it to solve this problem. The experiments show that considering the type of relations in the graph structure learning improves the anomaly detection performance.
