This study analyzes the investment sentiment of the Korea stock market and the response of the bond market. Investor sentiment can affect the bond market through two channels. The first is the capital flow that affects the entire bond market, and when the investment sentiment in the stock market is high, funds in the bond market flow to the stock market, negatively affecting the bond yield. The second is overinvestment that affects individual bonds, and when investment sentiment is high, highly valued stocks have a higher probability of bankruptcy due to overinvestment, which negatively affects bond price evaluation. As a result of analysis through two channels, it was confirmed that the stock market investment sentiment and the current bond yield had a significantly negative correlation. In addition, it was confirmed that funds flowed back into the bond market in the process of resolving the overheating of investment sentiment and had a positive correlation with future returns. However, in the case of overinvestment routes, the robustness was low, showing insignificant results. Additional verification confirmed that investor sentiment affects capital flows.
