Safety needs to be guaranteed for robust trajectory planning when there exist unknown disturbances in multirotor systems. The forward reachable set (FRS), the set of all possible states with bounded disturbances, would be computed to find robust and collision-free trajectories for safety. However, the FRS cannot be usually computed in real-time and is too conservative to be utilized in practice. In this research, we relieve the limitations by adapting a nonlinear disturbance observer (NDOB) and an adaptive controller to the control system of the multirotor. We formalized the FRS of the nonlinear adaptive multirotor controllers in extended state space by using the Hamilton-Jacobi reachability analysis and then present the over-approximation as an ellipsoid in an expression as a closed form to calculate the smaller FRS in real-time. Moreover, we inferred tight disturbance bounds in the receding horizon from the NDOB to generate a smaller FRS as possible. Numerical examples verify the efficient computation and the smaller trace and volume of the proposed FRS compared to the baseline.
