The current intellectual property finance business has been mainly oriented and supported by Korean government. For public investors, there should a variety of investment products. In order to activate public market, in this paper, I propose new Sale and License-Back (SLB) investment models, combination of SLB with Equity-linked Security and SLB with Equity-Linked Bond.

지식재산금융의 진정한 시장 활성화를 위해 민간 투자자를 견인할 수 있는 다양한 상품이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지식재산금융의 대표적인 기법인 판매 후 재실시 (Sales and Licence-Back, SLB) 모델에 파생결합상품(주가연계증권, 주가연계파생결합사채)과의 결합을 통한 새로운 SLB 비즈니스 모델을 제안하고자 한다.
