Ideal chemical sensing requires high sensitivity, high selectivity, and reproducibility. In order to advance from laboratory-scale sensing of well-defined standard solutions to real-life raw samples of complex chemical mixtures, state-of-the-art accuracy in high-performance analysis is crucial. In this thesis, with focus on optical and spectroscopic techniques, we present strategies to resolve the two main challenges in complex chemical mixture sensing which are target selectivity and reproducibility in sensing performance.
이상적 화학 분석은 고민감도, 고선택성의 분석 성능과 높은 재현성이 요구된다. 특히, 실험실 수준의 정제된 화학물질에 대한 분석에서 더 나아가 상용 환경에서 채집되는 미지의 혼합물질에 대해 기술을 적용하고자 한다면 고성능의 분석을 매우 높은 정확도로 구현할 수 있어야 한다. 본 학위논문에서는 화학 분석 기법 중 분광학적, 광학적 분석법에 초점을 두어 기존에 해결되지 못했던 두 가지 과제인 미지의 혼합물질의 분석에서 가장 중요한 표적 물질에 대한 선택성과 분석 성능의 재현성에 대한 개선을 위한 전략을 제시하고자 한다.
