In this thesis, we are concerned with the multiplicative partitions. the main purpose of the thesis is to find a recursive formula for the multipartite partition function and to estimate the number of mutipliative partitions of bipartite numbers.
In Chapter 2, we consider the multiplicative partitions of bipartite umbers. Canfield, Erd$\ddot{o}$s, Pomerance, Hughes, Shallit, Mattics, odd and others have estimated the number of multiplicative partitions f non-bipartite numbers. Landman and Raymond has recently extended the dea of multiplicative partitions to bipartite numbers. In this chapter e estimate the number of multiplicative partitions of bipartite numbers.
In Chapter 3, we consider the multipartite partition functions. Up to ow there is no known simple infinite series that is useful in treating he multiplicative partition functions. In this chapter we derive recursive fomulas for the multipartite partition functions.
In Chapter 4, applying the theory of partitions of bipartite numbers to oding theory, we find good upper bounds for the maximum number of ne-error-correcting codes among possible codes.
본 논문에서의 곱의 분할(Multiplicative Partitions)에 대하여 연구한다. 그 중에서도 특히 다체수 분배 함수의 재귀적 공식들을 구하고, 이체수 곱의 분할갯수의 상계를 구한다.
제 2 장 에서는 이체수 곱의 분할이 가능한 가짓수의 상계를 조사한다. Canfield, Erd$\ddot{o}$s,Pomerance, Hughes,Shallit, Mattics, Dodd등이 이체수가 아닌 곱의 분할에 대하여 연구하여 상계를 구하였다. 최근에 Landman과 Raymond가 곱의 분할의 정의를 이체수까지 확장하였는데, 이장에서는 Landman과 Raymond가 구한 것보다 좋은 곱의 분할 갯수의 상계를 구하였다.
제 3 장에서는 다체수 곱의 분할의 일반적인 공식을 연구한다. 지금까지 다체수의 분할 가능한 가짓수는 구하기가 쉽지 않았고, 일반적인 공식도 다루기가 쉽지 않은 것 뿐이였다. 우리는 간단한 형태의 재귀적 공식을 구하였고, 이를 응용한 예를 보였다.
제 4 장에서는 이체수 분할 이론을 부호 이론에 적용시켜서, 한 개의 오류를 보정할 수 있는 2진 code의 최대 가능한 가짓수의 상계를 향상시켰다.
