Food delivery apps have recently been widely used not only in Korea but also around the world. When a group of people use the app together, there should be a person, a ‘coordinator,’ who collects the preferences of people and interact with the app based on the collected preferences. In this situation, the coordinator suffers from the burdens of accurately applying the preferences to the app and providing information acquired from interacting with the app. In this dissertation, we focused on the communication burdens of the coordinator. We designed and implemented the SocioClick system, an initial system that reduces the communication burdens of the coordinator and conducted user experiments. As a result of the user experiment, we found that our SocioClick system diminishes the coordinator’s communication burden while multiple people use the food delivery app together.
음식 배달 앱은 최근 국내뿐만 아니라 세계적으로도 많이 사용되고 있다. 여러 사람이 함께 음식 배달 앱을 사용하는 상황에서는 사람들의 주문을 취합하고, 이를 앱에 입력하는 사람인 ‘진행자’가 존재하게 된다. 이러한 진행자는 여러 사람들의 의견을 정확하게 앱에 입력해야 한다는 부담감, 앱으로부터 확인하는 정보를 사람들에게 정확하게 제공해야 한다는 부담감 등을 겪게 된다. 본 학위논문에서는 이러한 부담감 중 의사소통 과정에서 진행자가 겪는 어려움에 집중하여, 이를 해소하는 초기 시스템인 소시오클릭 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고, 사용자 실험을 수행하였다. 사용자 실험 결과, 소시오클릭 시스템을 통해 실제로 진행자의 부담이 해소된 것을 확인하였다.
