This paper explores how Artificial Intelligence firms determine their intelligence strategy when facing different
performance situations. Patenting strategy in this study refers to publishing more patents with company risk. We
analyze how different kinds of Firm performance discrepancies influence a firm's patent publication strategy. We
investigated how an artificial intelligence firm's technological performance and financial performance
discrepancies affect their artificial intelligence patenting strategy—an empirical analysis of 812 companies with an artificial intelligence patent. The results reveal the Artificial intelligence Firm's Artificial intelligence patenting strategy and decision-making process. In particular, artificial intelligence firms with higher technological and financial success than their industry performance prefer to publish artificial intelligence patents. Furthermore, the firm’s financial performance above aspiration also positively affects the Firm's artificial intelligence patenting.

향을 미치는지 조사했다. 인공 지능 특허를 보유한 812개 기업에 대한 실증 분석을 통해 기업의
기술적 성과와 재무적 성과 불일치가 기업의 인공 지능 특허 전략 의사 결정에 어떤 영향을 미치
는지 분석했다. 업계 목표보다 높은 기술적, 재무적 우수한 성과를 거둔 기업이 인공 지능 특허
발행을 선호하는 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.
