In the shipbuilding industry, where competition is intensifying, increasing the production efficiency of ships and minimizing the number of amendments are important factors that can increase competitiveness. Deformation occurring in the manufacturing process of ships degrades competitiveness due to additional work and productivity decline, and to prevent this, it is necessary to analyze the cause of the deformation of ships by approximating the load on ships in each manufacturing process. In this thesis, the load applied to the sfhip in each manufacturing process is approximated using the ship's Mode Shape and Proper Orthogonal Decomposition technique.
경쟁이 심해지는 조선업 분야에서 선박의 생산 효율 상승 및 수정 시수 최소화는 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 중요한 요인이다. 선박의 제조 공정 단계에서 발생하는 변형은 추가 작업 및 생산성 하락으로 경쟁력을 저하시키며, 이를 예방하기 위해선 제조 공정마다 선박이 받는 하중을 추정하여 선박의 변형 원인을 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 학위논문에서는 선박의 Mode Shape 및 Proper Orthogonal Decomposition 기법 등을 사용하여, 각 제조 공정에서 선박에 가해지는 하중을 추정하고자 한다.
