In this study, a black-box time-continuous simulation model verification framework was developed based on Gaussian
process regression (GPR), which is a method of adaptive input space searching regardless of the first-principles equations behind a subject simulation model. Further, pre-developed simulation model verification methodologies and
their applicability to a time-continuous black-box simulation model were investigated. An aggregated GPR model was utilised for the adaptive input space search algorithm, serving as a key sub-process of the simulation model verification framework. Finally, a case study was performed by employing the proposed framework to verify a hybrid marine propulsion system consisting of heterogeneously generated time-continuous simulation models.
본 연구에서는 대상 시뮬레이션 모델의 내재된 방정식에 관계 없이 가우스 프로세스 회귀분석(GPR)을 기반으로 적응형 입력 도메인 탐색 기법을 통한 블랙박스 연속시간 시뮬레이션 모델 검증 프레임워크를 개발했다. 또한 기존에 존재하는 다양한 시뮬레이션 모델 검증 방법론들의 연속시간 블랙박스 시뮬레이션 모델에 대한 적용 가능성을 조사했다. 적응형 입력 도메인 탐색 알고리즘의 핵심 하위 프로세스로써 통합 GPR 모델을 활용하였다. 제안된 프레임워크를 사용하여 이질적인 모델링 소프트웨어로 생성된 다양한 연속시간 시뮬레이션 모델로 구성한 복합 선박 추진 시스템을 검증하는 사례 연구를 진행 하였다.
