Memoryless property of a Bernoulli feedback makes the mathematical analysis easy in an M/G/1 queueing system with Bernoulli feedback but we have many difficulties in the study on a queueing system with feedback when the feedback is not Bernoulli. In this thesis we deal with two queueing systems with feedback which are not Bernoulli.
First we study on the M/G/1 queueing system with feedback. We obtain a system of functional equations related to the Laplace Stieltjes transform of the waiting time and the probability generating function of the queue length and calculate the moments of the waiting time and the queue length.
In the second model, we deal with an M/M/1 queueing system with delayed feedback. We obtain the distributions of the waiting time and the queue length.
베르누이 귀환을 갖는 M/G/1 대기 체계의 경우는 마코프 성질에 의해 분석이 용이하므로 지금까지 많은 결과들이 얻어졌다. 본 논문에서는 베르누이 귀환이 아닌 다른 형태의 귀환을 갖는 두 가지 대기 체계에 관하여 연구 한다.
첫 번째로 귀환을 갖는 M/G/1 대기 체계를 다룬다. 이러한 대기 체계에서 지연 시간의 라플라스 스틸저스 변환과 대기열의 길이의 확률 생성 함수에 관계되는 함수 방정식을 얻고 이로부터 지연 시간과 대기열의 길이의 모멘트들을 구한다.
두 번째 모델로 지연시간이 있는 귀환을 갖는 M/M/1 대기 체계에 관하여 다룬다. 이러한 대기 체계에서 지연 시간과 대기열의 길이의 분포를 구한다.
