In this study, to examine the future direction of in-vehicle app development and service, the relationship between potential customers' intention to use and the factors that affect it was explored. It was also checked whether the two types of app development platform and the experience of the existing smartphone app platform had a moderating effect on these relationships. As a result, it was found that potential customers considered enjoyment as the most important benefit factor in in-vehicle app service, and the most important external factor affecting enjoyment was functional compatibility with smartphone. The type of vehicle app development platform did not have a meaningful moderating effect on the factor relationship, whereas the smartphone app platform experience and IT device experience of customers showed a meaningful moderating effect on the relationship between factors. It was analyzed that the risk of app performance, personal information privacy, and driving safety data did not have a negative (-) effect on the intention to use the vehicle app service.
본 연구에서는 자동차 내장형 앱 개발 및 서비스의 나아갈 방향을 고찰하고자 잠재고객의 사용의도와 그에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 관계를 탐색하였으며 앱 개발 플랫폼의 두가지 유형과 기존 스마트폰 앱 플랫폼 경험이 이들 관계에 조절효과를 보이는지 확인하였다. 그 결과, 잠재고객은 차량용 앱 서비스에서 즐거움을 가장 중요한 이득요인으로 고려하고 있었고, 즐거움에 영향을 미치는 가장 주요한 외부 요인은 스마트폰과의 기능 호환성이라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 차량용 앱 개발 플랫폼의 유형은 요인 관계에 의미 있는 조절효과를 미치지 못한 반면, 잠재고객의 스마트폰 앱 플랫폼 경험 및 IT 기기 경험은 요인 간 관계에 의미있는 조절효과를 보였다. 앱 성능 위험과 개인정보침해 위험, 주행 안전 위험은 차량용 앱 서비스 사용의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 분석되었다.
