For companies that manufacture and sell fashion products, the Directly managed online shopping mall is an important distribution channel in that it can reduce distribution fees and win new customers. However, compared to general online malls that handle a wide range of products ranging from household goods to groceries, there are not many transactions of fashion shopping malls that sell only relatively expensive fashion products. For this reason, it is difficult to predict purchases by customer due to insufficient purchase data or behavioral history. Therefore, in shopping malls specializing in fashion, it may be important to analyze customer characteristics based on basic demographic characteristics such as gender and age or performance data on channels (PCs/mobiles) where purchases or subscriptions occurred. This study aims to examine how the amount of purchases, the number of purchases, and the degree of concentration of purchases for certain products differ depending on age, gender, and use channel (PC/mobile) of fashion shopping malls and suggest directions that can be applied to actual marketing.
