In this study, the purpose of this study is to verify the influence and difference of the characteristics of the vehicle FoD subscription service based on the on-demand and subscription service according to the autonomous driving and in-vehicle infotainment function on the intention to use. Based on previous studies, nine hypotheses
were selected for each of the two functions and verified the correlation between the three factors of accessibility to functions, update on functions, and pre free experience and perceived benefit: perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived cost: operational risk and security risk. In addition, the correlation between perceived benefit and perceived cost and intention to use was also verified. Both the autonomous driving subscription service and the vehicle infotainment subscription service had positive (+) correlations between accessibility to functions and perceived ease of use, update on functions and perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness and ease of use, and intention to use. The hypothesis that there are correlations between update on functions and operational risk, operational risk and security risk and intention to use was rejected. On the other hand, it was found that only the autonomous driving subscription service had a positive (+) effect on the perceived usefulness of the pre-free experience, and the access to functions only in the vehicle infotainment subscription service had a positive (+) effect on the security risk.
본 연구에서는 자율주행과 차량용 인포테인먼트 기능을 구분하여 온디맨드와 구독 서비스를
기반으로한 차량 FoD 구독 서비스의 특성 요인들이 이용 의도에 미치는 영향성과 그 차이를 살펴보고자 한다. 선행 연구를 바탕으로 두 기능에 대한 가설을 각각 9개씩 선정하였으며 기능에 대한 접근성, 기능의 최신성, 사전 무료 체험 세 가지 요인과 지각된 이익인 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성 및 지각된 비용인 작동 위험성, 보안 위험성과의 상관관계 와 구독 서비스 이용의도와의 상관관계를 검증하였다. 자율주행 구독 서비스와 차량용 인포테인먼트 구독 서비스 모두 기능에 대한 접근성은 지각된 용이성에, 기능의 최신성은 지각된 유용성에, 지각된 유용성과 용이성은 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 기능의 최신성은 작동 위험성에, 작동위험성과 보안위험성은 이용의도에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 기각되었다. 반면 자율주행 구독서비스만 사전 무료 체험이 지각된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 차량용 인포테인먼트에 구독 서비스에서만 기능에 대한 접근성이 보안 위험성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
