Increased term and credit risk during the Great Financial Crisis led to studies on the interest rate market segmentation and risk-free interest rates. As a result, application of different interest rates on determining future cash flows and determining discount rates led to changes in pricing the interest rate products. Recent market volatility caused by Covid-19 led to increased credit spreads, basis spreads, and LIBOR-OIS spreads, causing concerns on term and crisk risks once again. This paper prices the receiving-fixed swap, a commonly traded over-the-counter interest rate derivative, based on a multiple interest rate term structure model. This study also analyzes the impact of input variables and market variables on the pricing error compared to the existing single interest rate term structure model. The comparison of the two models suggest that decrease in moneyness and increases in time to maturity, tenor, expected inflation, and interest rate volatility index lead to increases in the pricing error. Analysis of delta hedging error based on the multi-interest rate term structure model suggest that increases in moneyness, tenor, and interest rate volatility index and decreases in LIBOR interest rate, OIS interest rate, and time to maturity lead to greater delta hedging error.
