Due to a competitive business environment, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) companies have been expanding their business into the Business-to-Business (B2B) market where stable revenue can be generated. However, as the competition in the Business-to-Business (B2B) market has been getting fierce, Business-to-Business (B2B) marketers are also building competitive strengths through developing service structure and providing convenience. This study deals with ways to secure business competitiveness and to build services in the Business-to-Business (B2B) market from the convenience aspect of their products and service offerings. In other words, this research is about how to reinforce Business-to-Business (B2B) business and create business performance by establishing the service offerings and the convenience through case studies.
경쟁이 심화됨에 따라, 기업과 소비자 간의 거래(Business-to-Consumer, B2C) 사업을 주력하는 기업들이 안정적인 매출 창출 및 성장이 가능한 기업 간 거래(Business-to-Business, B2B) 시장으로 사업을 확대하고 있다. 하지만, 기업 간 거래(Business-to-Business) 시장도 경쟁이 치열해지면서 서비스를 통해 경쟁적 강점을 구축하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업 간 거래(Business-to-Business)로의 사업 확대 후, 경쟁력 확보를 위해 기업 간 거래(Business-to-Business) 사업에서의 서비스 구축 방안을 편의성 관점에서 다루고자 한다. 즉, 기업 사례를 통해 기업 간 거래(Business-to-Business) 시장으로 사업을 확대 방안을 분석하고, 기업 고객 확보를 위한 서비스 체계를 구축하고 편의성 제공을 통해 사업 성과를 창출하는지 연구하고자 한다. 이는 기업 간 거래(Business-to-Business) 시장에서 서비스 편의성 구축에 대해 실제 적용 사례들을 살펴본 데 의의가 있다.
