In order to prevent global warming, many policies have been implemented on low-carbon, eco-friendly transportation worldwide. Among them, public bicycles are a shared resource, which reduces social costs and facilitates transportation over short distances that are not accessible by public transportation. In addition, it is able to install unmanned rental station by implementing ICT technology. Usage of public bicycles is increasing because once rental station and a bicycle are prepared people can use it. In this dissertation, the characteristics of bicycle rental stations were analyzed by utilizing all the usage history of public bicycles. The study was conducted to investigate the grounds for installation and the optimal location of rental station by analyzing the characteristics of rental stations with high usage. If there are many station around the rental station, the demand is increasing, and the increase in demand according to the location is in the order of industrial area, residential area, commercial area, urban area, and green area. Therefore, this study intends to propose the standard for installing a public bicycle rental station in Seoul.
지구 온난화에 대응하기 위하여 전세계적으로 저탄소, 친환경 교통 수단에 대해 많은 정책이 진행되었다. 이중 공공자전거는 공유자원으로서 사회적비용의 절감 및 대중교통이 접근하지 못하는 짧은 거리의 이동에 용이하다. 게다가 ICT기술를 도입하여 무인 대여소 도입이 가능해 대여소 설치 및 자전거만 구비되어 있다면 사용이 가능해 최근 사용량이 증가하고 있다. 본 학위논문에서는 공공자전거의 모든 대여 이력을 활용하여 자전거 대여소의 특성을 분석하여 대여소의 이용량이 높은 특성을 찾아 공공자전거 대여소 설치 시 설치 근거 및 최적 입지 선정에 대해 연구하였다. 대여소는 주변에 대여소가 많으면 수요가 증가가 되고 있으며 입지에 따른 수요증가는 공업지역, 주거지역, 상업지역, 도시지역, 녹지지역 순이다. 따라서 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 서울시 공공자전거 대여소 설치 기준을 제안하고자 한다.
