In this study, a micro thermoelectric device was fabricated using bismuth telluride thin film. A thin film was formed along the inclined surface by suggesting a new structure to increase the thermal resistance of the thermoelectric material. Prior to fabrication of the device, heat treatment in a tellurium atmosphere was used to optimize the properties of thin film thermoelectric materials. The device was fabricated by applying the optimized thin film to the structure of the newly proposed micro thermoelectric device. Before fabrication, the performance of the micro-thermoelectric device was verified by simulation. To fabricate the final structure, the device was transferred from the silicon substrate to Parylene-C to minimize the transfer of heat through the substrate, and the high generation performance was expected. By using the fabricated device, we measured the temperature difference and power generation performance in natural and forced convection, not artificial temperature difference. In natural convection, a temperature difference of 0.5 to 0.8$^\circ C$, an open circuit voltage of 71.4 mV and a power of about 24 nW/$cm^2$ were measured. In forced convection, a maximum temperature difference of 3.0 to 3.9$^\circ C$, an open circuit voltage of 191.6 mV and a power of 150.79 nW/$cm^2$ were measured.
