Major political parties in the Republic of Korea are active in communicating with the public through social media and other new media in order to maintain ideological differentiation while maintaining a stable and continuous sense of party favorability and unity. This study is to propose scientific and strategic two-way communication with the people from a future strategic perspective. Through a three-dimensional comprehensive analysis of people, issue and keyword collected through web crawling, this study derived the causes and responsibilities of the conservative party's communication limits on North Korea's unification policy. First, the policy of unification with North Korea has revealed that criticism of specific events, rather than abstract ones, works for the people. Second, it analyzed based on data that 80 percent of men and 60 percent of those in their 40s and 50s responded actively to the issue of unification with North Korea. Third, it suggested that people tend to identify and evaluate major figures of political parties by matching them with those of major political parties. In addition, the core principles of future communication strategies emphasize the formation of a public participation platform, the revitalization of content production, the rapidly improving communication base and continued two-way communication with the people who actively utilize new ICT technologies.
대한민국 주요 정당은 이념적 차별성을 유지하면서 정당호감도와 일체감을 안정적, 지속적으로 강화하기 위해 소셜미디어 등 뉴미디어를 통한 국민과의 실시간 쌍방향 소통을 위한 시스템 구축에 적극적이다. 본 연구는 보수정당의 대국민 소통에서 임기응변식 방안을 탈피하여 미래전략적 관점에서 과학적이고 전략적 쌍방향 소통방안을 제안하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 웹 크롤링을 통해 수집된 소셜미디어, 기사 댓글 등에 대한 인물, 이슈, 키워드의 입체적 종합분석을 통해 보수정당의 대북통일정책 대국민 소통 한계의 원인 및 책임을 도출하여 다음과 같은 주요 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 외교안보 정책은 추상적인 비판보다는 구체적인 사건에 대한 비판이 국민들에게 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 둘째, 외교안보 이슈에 대해서 남성이 약 80%, 40~50대가 약 60%를 적극적으로 반응하고 있는 사실을 데이터 기반으로 분석하였다. 셋째, 인지도가 높은 주요 인물의 경우 개인의 발언이 정당의 지지도에 영향을 미치는 상관관계가 높게 나타나 국민들이 정당의 주요 인물과 정당 자체를 일치화시켜 평가하는 경향이 있음을 제시하였다. 이와 함께 본 연구는 미래 소통 전략의 핵심 원칙은 국민참여 플랫폼 구성, 콘텐츠 생산 활성화, 급속도로 고도화되고 있는 통신 기반과 ICT 신기술을 적극적으로 활용한 국민과의 지속적인 쌍방향 소통을 강조하고 있다.
