Hydrogen is careless and can decrease the volume seriously through liquefaction is considered the future energy source. So diverse hydrogen provision equipment is developed, among other, PEM electrolyzer can produce hydrogen and oxygen by electrochemical reaction expeditiously than the traditional alkaline electrolyzer. But the range of catalyst being used is confined because of acidic environment. Recently, alkaline earth-metal iridates that diminish the scarce iridium composition per mass and also display OER activity outperforming $IrO_2$ have garnered attention. But alkaline earth-metal leaching occurs when electrochemical reaction proceed, this phenomenon is regarded as drawback that degrade catalyst stability. As directly and indirectly observe element dissolution, we will assist to understanding the dissolution impact. Consequently, this work will instruct the direction of design catalysts that have robust stability. Also, the fact that iridate catalysts structural connectivity among [$IrO_6$] is intimately related to catalyst stability was disclosed in this work.
