In this study, I study the win-win strategy of an original contractor to increase its subcontractor’s R&D capability, which is growing in importance in the construction industry. The original contractor will provide support efforts to subcontractors, which will increase their R&D capabilities. In addition, the original contractor will receive additional benefits from the government based on the subcontractor’s R&D capability. Therefore, the optimal strategy is obtained through the optimal control model in order to find a proper investment strategy for the original contractor. Afterwards, I found practical implications through numerical analysis and propose the direction of government policy.
본 연구에서는 건설 업계에서 중요성이 커지고 있는 하도급사 R&D 역량 증가를 위한 원도급사의 상생 전략에 대해 연구한다. 원도급사는 하도급사에 지원 노력을 제공하고 이를 통해 하도급사는 R&D 역량이 높아진다. 또한 원도급사는 하도급사의 R&D 역량에 따라 정부로부터 추가적인 혜택을 제공받는다. 따라서 원도급사의 적절한 투자 전략을 찾기 위해 최적 제어 모형을 통해 최적 전략을 구하였다. 이후에는 수치 분석을 통하여 실제적인 의의를 찾고, 정부의 정책 방향에 대해 제안한다.
