Amid the remarkable growth in the global economy of car sharing such as Uber and Didi Chuxing, conflicts between ICT platform companies preparing carpooling and the taxi industry are escalating in Korea. The Korean government has also formed a "The Presidential Committee on the 4th industrial revolution" to coordinate conflicts and seek to create value through new industries that emerge as a sharing economy, but no significant progress has been made. Nevertheless, the car sharing service platform is expected to eventually be activated in terms of increased consumer benefits and the social value of the sharing economy. At this point, basic research is needed to design a successful service model in Korea by revealing the factors behind the acceptance of ride sharing service platforms to those who experienced ride sharing users.
세계적으로 우버, 디디추싱 등 차량 공유경제가 괄목할 만한 성장세를 보이는 가운데 국내에서는 승차공유(카풀)를 준비하는 ICT 플랫폼 업체들과 택시산업의 갈등이 고조되고 있다. 정부 역시 4차산업혁명위원회를 구성해 갈등 상황을 조율하고 공유경제로 나타나는 새로운 산업을 통한 가치 창출을 추구하고 있으나 큰 진전이 없는 상황이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 소비자의 편익 증대와 공유경제의 사회적 가치 측면에서 궁극적으로 차량공유 서비스 플랫폼은 활성화될 것으로 예상된다. 현 시점에서 승차공유 이용 경험자를 대상으로 승차공유 서비스 플랫폼의 수용에 대한 영향요인을 밝혀 향후 국내의 성공적인 서비스 모델 설계를 위한 기초 연구가 필요하다.
