Recently, anonymous bulletin boards have exerted great influence on politics, economy and society based on their strong power. In response, the media has begun to use the anonymous message board as a source of coverage. This study analyzed the historical change and peculiarity of anonymous bulletin boards that are expanding their social influence, the comparative analysis of anonymous bulletin boards "Daenamu-Soop(it means a bamboo grove)" and "Blind" apps, and the social impact through analysis of 10 years of related news reports. Also, this thesis looked into "Blind" app, which is popular among workers in certain industries, by collecting data through Internet- Ethnographic Approach to Community Organization. According to the study, the social influence of anonymous bulletin boards is gradually expanded through internal verification processes. Above all, it was showed different aspects of the message generated by the “Blind” app, whether it is a social and emotional message or a task-type message, depending on the user group. In the future, it is predicted that models of anonymous bulletin boards will also be shifted to platforms that have high security as personalized services, users, and groups are divided into individual services. However, there are concerns that they will be grouped into specific frames, and measures need to be taken against them. I hope this study will serve as an opportunity to study the influence of more detailed anonymous bulletin boards.
최근 익명게시판이 강한 전파력을 바탕으로 정치, 경제, 사회 등에 큰 영향력을 행사하고 있다. 이에 언론들도 익명게시판 내용을 취재 소스로 활용하기 시작했다. 본 연구는 사회적 영향력을 확대하고 있는 익명게시판의 변천사와 특징, 익명게시판인 ‘대나무숲’과 ‘블라인드’ 앱 비교분석, 10년간의 관련 뉴스 보도를 분석을 통한 사회적 영향력을 알아봤다. 또 특정 업종 종사자에게 인기를 얻고 있는 '블라인드' 앱을 인터넷 민속지학적 수용자 연구방법을 통한 자료수집으로 실제 어떤 영향을 주고 있는지 살펴봤다. 연구 결과, 익명게시판의 사회적 영향력이 내부 검증 과정을 거쳐 점점 확대되는 것으로 분석됐다. 또 블라인드 앱에서 생성되는 메시지의 성격이 이용자 그룹에 따라 사회감정형 메시지인지 과업형 메시지인지 다른 양상을 보였다. 익명게시판의 미래모습도 점점 개인 맞춤형 서비스나 이용자·그룹별 간 세분화가 이뤄지면서 보안성 높은 플랫폼으로 이동할 것으로 예측됐다. 다만 특정 프레임으로 집단화할 우려도 있어 이에 대한 대책 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구로 인해 더욱 세분된 익명게시판 영향력 연구로 나아가는 계기가 되길 기대한다.
