This study investigates to provide to find out how the in-car voice interface dialogue should be structured. The study involved three different procedures: First, we define and classify the key output of in-car voice interface and the information to be considered through a user study. Based on this, I developed an in-car voice interface dialogue design framework; Second, through designer workshops, I have discovered the impact of the in-car voice interface dialogue design framework by identifying how the designers utilize the framework in the actual vehicle voice interface dialogue scenario design process; Finally, I examined the role of the framework by conducting a user study that allows users to experience the scenarios proposed in the designer workshop, and summarized the considerations that should be considered when designing a vehicle voice interface that the framework does not include. It is expected this study will help designers to provide appropriate reference in designing user？centered in-car voice interface dialogue scenarios and contribute to the field of design.
본 연구는 차량 음성 인터페이스 대화가 어떻게 구성돼야 하는지를 확인하고자 진행되었다. 본 연구는 크게 3가지 과정으로 이루어져 있다: 첫째, 사용자 조사를 통하여 차량 음성 인터페이스 핵심 output과 그를 위해 고려해야 할 정보를 정의하고 분류하였다. 이를 바탕으로 차량 음성 인터페이스 대화 디자인 프레임워크를 도출하였다; 둘째, 디자이너 워크샵을 통해 디자이너들이 실제 차량 음성인터페이스 대화 시나리오 디자인 과정에서 프레임워크를 어떻게 활용하는지 확인함으로써 차량 음성 인터페이스 대화 디자인 프레임워크의 의의와 개선점을 발견하였다; 마지막으로, 디자이너 워크샵에서 제안된 시나리오들을 사용자들에게 체험하게 해보는 사용자 조사를 실시함으로써, 프레임워크의 역할을 검증하고 프레임워크가 포함하지 않지만 차량 음성인터페이스 디자인 시 고려해야 할 사항들을 정리하였다. 본 연구가 디자이너가 사용자 중심적인 차량 음성인터페이스 대화 시나리오를 디자인하는 과정에서 적절한 참고를 제공할 수 있도록 도움을 주고, 나아가 디자인 분야에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
