As the society ages, the prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases are attracting attention. In the case of Alzheimer's disease, a representative geriatric disease, effective treatment has not been developed in many studies. Recently, optical flickering at 40 Hz has been reported to reduce beta amyloid protein, a key factor in Alzheimer 's disease, in demented rat model 5XFAD mice. In this thesis, using light-emitting diodes and current sourcemeters, a light source visual device is constructed and analyzed for animal experiments. The reduction of beta amyloid protein by applying the visual device to 5XFAD mice is investigated. In addition, we study the changes in Alzheimer's disease-related behaviors through animal tests such as contextual fear conditioning test, Y-maze test, and novel object recognition test.
