This paper studied the contract method of airlines and travel agencies. We compared the volume incentive contract method, which are newly introduced due to the zero commission, and the block contract method. We analyzed the profit structures of airlines and travel agencies considering the service quality in the distribution of airline tickets. We drew the optimal contract method depending on the influence of airlines and travel agencies. We proved that the airlines could make the most profitable contract by suggesting different contract method depending on the bargaining power. This paper analyzed the contract method that airlines and travel agencies prefer based on the change of market situation depending on the bargaining power of airlines and travel agencies. It proved the actual effect and appropriateness of volume incentive contract introduced after the zero commission.
본 논문은 항공사와 여행사의 계약 방식에 관해 연구하였다. 발권 수수료 폐지로 인해 새롭게 도입된 볼륨인센티브 계약 방식과 블락 계약 방식을 비교 분석하였다. 항공권 유통에 있어 서비스 수준을 고려함으로써 항공사와 여행사의 수익 구조 변화를 분석하였으며, 항공사와 여행사의 시장 영향력에 따른 최적 계약 방식을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 항공사는 시장 상황에 따라 계약 방식을 달리 제시함으로써 이익을 극대화하는 계약 제시가 가능함을 증명하였다. 본 논문은 항공사와 여행사의 시장 점유율에 따른 시장의 상황 변화를 바탕으로 항공사와 여행사의 선호 계약 방식을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 발권 수수료 폐지 이후 도입된 볼륨인센티브의 실제적 효과와 당위성을 증명하였다.
