Home IoT users have gradually increased since 2016, and currently more than 1 million subscribers are using the home IoT service. As a result, there is a growing need to study the factors that influence the intention to use the existing users. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence factors on the intention to use the home IoT service by using the expectation confirmation model and to examine whether the existing users feel satisfaction and continuous use intention when the expected value is satisfied I want to try.
홈 IoT 사용자는 2016년 이후 점차 증가하여 현재 100만 가입자 이상이 홈 IoT 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존 이용자들의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 연구의 필요성도 함께 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기대충족모델을 이용하여 홈 IoT 서비스의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향요인이 무엇인지 파악해보고, 기존 이용자들의 경우 어떠한 기대가치가 충족되었을 때 만족과 지속사용의도를 느끼는 지 종합적으로 고찰해보고자 한다.
