Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) technology is rapidly becoming popular because of the introduction of speech recognition AI speaker. In particular, mobile telecom operators combined with IPTV services dominate the market in Korea. Therefore, this study investigated the factors affecting the use behavior of AI IPTV service based on Korean speech recognition. Based on the integrated technology acceptance model, the variables and control effects that are expected to be significant through previous studies on AI (Artificial Intelligence) and IPTV service were verified. In addition, because the market is a market with insufficient implications for the analysis of individual users, the potential users, users, and groups are divided into two groups: the middle-aged and middle-aged (20 ~ 40) Respectively. As a result of verification through the same standard hypothesis, various implications were derived through comparative analysis.
최근 음성인식 인공지능(AI) 스피커의 출시로 인공지능(AI) 기술이 빠르게 일반화 되고 있다. 특히, 국내에서는 IPTV 서비스와 결합한 이동통신사업자가 시장 우위에 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 음성인식기반 인공지능(AI) IPTV서비스의 이용 행태에 미치는 영향 요인에 대해서 연구하였다. 통합적 기술수용모델을 기반으로 하여 인공지능(AI), IPTV 서비스에 관한 선행연구를 통하여 유의미할 것으로 예상되는 변수와 조절효과를 검증 하였다. 또한 단순히 개인 사용자의 분석으로는 시사점이 충분하지 않는 시장이기에 잠재 이용자와 이용자 그룹, 각 그룹별로 청중장년 층(20~40대)과 중노년 층(50~60대)로 구분하여 미치는 영향 요인을 분석 하였다. 동일한 기준 가설을 통한 검증 결과로 비교 분석을 통하여 다양한 시사점을 도출하였다.
