With CMOS scaling seemingly slowing down because of physical and economic limit, there has been a growing interest new functions and applications of CMOS technology. If CMOS technology can be exploited to implement sensing transducers, sensor can gain advantage in integration level as well as cost. Therefore, this paper proposes sensing transducers for humidity, atmospheric pressure, and acceleration using a standard CMOS process. Also, as read-out circuit optimized for the implemented sensing transducers, an energy-efficient capacitance-to-digital converter(CDC) based on dual-quantization architecture is proposed. Consequently, the proposed Sensors-on-Chip (SoC) integrates humidity, air pressure, and acceleration sensors on one chip with CDC and achieves a resolution of 0.0014%RH/$\surd Hz$, 0.08psi/$\surd Hz$, 4.57mg/$\surd Hz$, respectively.
