Recently, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have gained substantial attention due to the impressive progress in their efficiency, but the instability of PSCs critically hampers the commercialization of PSCs. The stability of PSC is significantly enhanced by applying low-temperature-processed thin film encapsulation (TFE). For the thermo-sensitive perovskite solar cell, the TFE deposition temperature was under $60^\circ C$. $Al_2O_3$ layer via atomic layer deposition (ALD) is alternatively stacked with organic layer deposited via initiated chemical deposition (iCVD) to form TFE, which has superior gas barrier properties. When the TFE is applied to PSCs, the device performance is not degraded while the stability is extremely elongated. The PSC is stable for 300 h after exposure to an accelerated condition of $50^circ C$, 50% relative humidity. Overall, we have developed a TFE that can be directly applied to PSC to enhance its stability against moisture.
