This thesis deals with man-on-board automated storage and retrieval systems which are widely used to store or retrieve the items of small quantities and light weight. Three kinds of order picking are analyzed in terms of expected travel times. Also, by varying the height of the horizontal limit line which divides the rack into two region, its effects on the travel times are determined. Finally the best policy among them is suggested and the good height of limit line for each policy to reduce the expected travel times are proposed.
본 연구에서는 소량·경량의 물품들을 주로 취급하는 자동 입출고 Man-on-board 시스템의 주문 수행 정책을 다루고 있다. 평균 주행시간을 기초로 세가지의 주문 수행 정책을 제시하고 limit line, rack 을 두개의 지역으로 구분하는 수평선의 높이를 변화시킴으로 인한 주행시간의 변화를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 주어진 세가지 정책 중 가장 좋은 정책을 제시하고 평균 주행시간을 절약하기위한 적절한 limit line의 높이를 제시하였다.
