This study considers a control of ABS(Antilock Brake System) which avoids dangerous wheel locking due to excessive brake pressure during the vehicle braking.
To design the pressure controller which guarantees best braking performance, the mathematical model of the ABS is derived. Based upon the model, a series of simulations are performed for various design factors. The validities of the sumulation results are assured through experiments.
