1. It was discovered that the job satisfaction of R & D employers is derived from the intrinsic motivation factor due to the professional characteristics.
1) The most critical factor in the 6 factors affecting the job satisfaction of R & D employers is job itself-factor, which is different from other managerial jobs.
2) The most critical factor in the 6 factors affecting the desire of turnover is growth & development-factor.
However, the growth & development-factor is thought to be grown & developed through the job itself-factor. Therefore it is included in the same conceptual category with the job itself-factor.
2. As a result of applying a modified Steers & Mowdays turnover model (1981), We've tested that job satisfaction has significant correlation with parts of subdimensional factors of organizational, individual & economic market factor.
Also, We've tested that the desire of turnover has significant correlation with parts of subdimensional factors of job satisfaction, individual, economic market and non-job-related factor. Particularly in the individual factor, We introduced the personality & aptitude-hobby factor instead of the demographic factors.
As a result, we've discovered that these have better correlation with the job satisfaction & the desire of turnover than the others.
3. As suggested in the Career Development Models, we've tested whether the significant gap between the R & D professional oriented type & the Managerial oriented type exist or not after setting up two types.
Consequently, we've discovered the significant gap in personalities of the two types after 5 years. Furthermore, after we've surveyed the desired career of junior R & D employers, we've found out that they want to go directly into their own business instead of taking intermediate steps such as R & D manager or production manager.
Therefore, we should consider the introduction of new management systems such as Internal Entrepreneurship and so on.
